Don’t miss a dive because of a minor problem with your dive gear.
Whether it’s a missing O-ring, a tear in your wetsuit, or a broken fin strip, the SSI Equipment Techniques course teaches you how to perform basic repairs and adjustments.
You can also learn more about the operation of the equipment , be more comfortable with it and be better prepared to take care of your investment.

The SSI course in Equipment Techniques consists of:

A) A series of practical applications:

You will learn about routine care and maintenance procedures with the regulator, BCD valves, racks…
Your instructor will show you how to troubleshoot some equipment problems and offer equipment configuration suggestions.
We also recommend ways to store your scuba equipment.

B) Theory

You should read the topics related to the course you are going to take, and complete the course evaluations.
The system used is online, that is, the SSI digital system – to start immediately. Each person studies at their own pace, through an interactive and easy-to-use program. You have access to the online version of the manual, you can complete the theoretical part of the course in this way

The price: is per person
Method of payment: € 50 at the time of booking by bank transfer or credit card and the rest will be paid in cash on the first day of the course (payment by credit card or transfer will not be accepted)
Participants: For the theory, minimum 1 person. For practical applications at least 2 people
Available days: every day of the week
Duration: 3-6 hours to complete the theory and 1 day for practical applications in our Diving Center
