We want you to enjoy a safe and enriching training experience. Since diving courses may be affected by different factors, Xaloc Diving Center SL reserves the right to modify schedules, postpone, or cancel the activity if weather conditions or planning require it, always prioritizing your safety.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OR DATE CHANGE

* You can change your reservation at no extra cost up to 15 days before the activity.

* Changes requested after this period have a cost of €50 per person.

* Cancelling a reservation has a cost of €150 per person.

* Failure to attend on the reserved date and time will result in the total loss of the amount paid.

* Cancellations or date changes outside the allowed period will not be accepted without the corresponding supporting documentation

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS DIVING COURSE

* Anyone aged 16 or older, who can swim and is in adequate physical condition, may participate.

* You must complete a medical questionnaire. If no contraindications appear, no additional medical certificate is needed. If any are identified, a medical fitness-to-dive certificate will be required (not included in the course price).

* You must also have your own dive insurance or purchase one through Xaloc.
