Since snorkeling is an activity that can be affected by various circumstances, Xaloc Diving Center SL reserves the right to change the schedule, postpone, or cancel the activity without prior notice due to planning reasons or weather conditions, always prioritizing the safety of the participants.
CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OR DATE CHANGE
- The maximum period to change a reservation without additional charge is 15 days before the activity.
- Date changes outside this period will incur a cost of 10 € per spot.
- The cost of canceling a reservation is 20 € per spot.
- Failure to show up on the reserved date and time will result in the total loss of the amount paid.
- No cancellations or date changes outside the period will be accepted without the submission of supporting documentation.
REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN SNORKELING TRIPS
Anyone who is at least 6 years old, knows how to swim, and is in adequate physical health can participate.
Attention: If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, asthma, pneumothorax, mental health issues, have had heart or cardiovascular surgery, use drugs, suffer from alcoholism, diabetes, or high blood pressure, please consult us before making your reservation.
IMPORTANT:
You must arrive ½ hour before departure at the commercial dock of the port of L’Estartit, it is the same dock where fishing boats, glass bottom boats and diving boats dock.
Our boat is located at the end of the dock, on the right side of it and just in front we have a large trailer with the logo of our company: Xaloc Diving Center
