As diving is an activity that may be affected by various circumstances, Xaloc Diving Center SL reserves the right to modify schedules, postpone, or cancel activities without prior notice due to planning reasons or weather conditions, always prioritizing the safety of participants.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OR DATE CHANGES BY THE USER

* The maximum period to change a reservation without additional charge is 15 days before the activity.

* Date changes outside this period will incur a fee of €30 per person.

* Cancellation of a reservation will incur a fee of €50 per person.

* Failure to show up on the reserved date and time will result in the total loss of the amount paid.

* Cancellations or date changes outside the allowed period will not be accepted without supporting documentation.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DIVES:

* Hold an Open Water certification or higher

* Have valid diving accident and third-party liability insurance. If you do not have insurance, you may purchase it at the center (€8/day)

* Have a medical certificate stating fitness to dive or complete a diving medical questionnaire (if any issues arise, a medical certificate will be mandatory)

IMPORTANT: 

* Dives from 10/04 to 30/06 and from 11/09 to 05/11 are usually scheduled in the morning and afternoon (approximately 15 days before your booking date we will confirm the exact schedule)

* Dives from 01/07 to 31/08 are usually double morning dives. Check-in time at the Dive Center is 08:15 (punctuality is mandatory).
