Since scuba diving is an activity that can be affected by various circumstances, Xaloc Diving Center SL reserves the right to change the schedule, postpone, or cancel the activity without prior notice due to planning reasons or weather conditions, always prioritizing the safety of the participants.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OR DATE CHANGE

- The maximum period to change a reservation without additional charge is 15 days before the activity.
- Date changes outside this period will incur a cost of 30 € per spot.
- The cost of canceling a reservation is 100 € per spot.
- Failure to show up on the reserved date and time will result in the total loss of the amount paid.
- No cancellations or date changes outside the period will be accepted without the submission of supporting documentation.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS DIVING COURSE

- Anyone aged at least 12 years old (15 if you have chosen the deep dive option), who knows how to swim and is in good physical health, can participate.
Attention: Diving with nitrox is prohibited in Spain for those under 18 years old. Therefore, minors may complete the theory and analysis of the mixture like any adult, but they will not dive breathing nitrox, but air.
What sense does it make to have a nitrox certification and not be able to dive with nitrox?... you can’t dive with nitrox in Spain... but you can in most countries around the world, so when you go abroad, you can use your certification without any problem.
- You must complete a medical form. If there are no contraindications for diving, this form is sufficient and you will not need a medical certificate. However, if any contraindication is identified, it will be mandatory to present a medical certificate of fitness to dive (not included in the course price).
- You also need to have valid diving insurance.
