Welcome to your diving course and thank you for choosing Xaloc to continue your journey into the exciting world of technical diving.
As diving courses are activities that may be affected by various circumstances, Xaloc Diving Center SL reserves the right to modify schedules, postpone, or cancel the activity without prior notice due to planning reasons or weather conditions, always prioritizing the safety of participants.
CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OR DATE CHANGES
* The deadline to change a booking without additional charge is 15 days before the activity.
* Date changes requested after this deadline will incur a fee of 30 € per person.
* Cancelling a booking will incur a fee of 300 € per person.
* Failure to show up on the reserved date and time will result in the total loss of the amount paid.
* Cancellations or date changes outside the deadline will not be accepted without supporting documentation.
REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS DIVING COURSE
* Participants must be at least 18 years old and in suitable physical health
* You must have your own dive insurance or purchase one at Xaloc
* Hold at least an Advanced diving certification
* Hold Deep Diving and Nitrox certifications
* Have a minimum of 50 logged dives
* Provide a medical fitness-to-dive certificate issued within the last 2 years
