A) Practical session in the pool
You will review the diving techniques that you already learned when you did your diving course, among which are: establishing neutral buoyancy, diving position, sharing air, etc.
B) Open Water dive
You will do an easy dive in the Montgrí coast area with one of our SSI professionals.
C) Theory
You will have to do the theory review with the online system, that is, the SSI digital system – to start immediately. Each person studies at their own pace, through an interactive and easy-to-use program. You have access to the online version of the manual and you can complete the theoretical part of the course in this way.

Who will train you?: All Xaloc instructors are recreational diving professionals and have extensive pedagogical experience. And some of us are even Trainers, that is, we train Dive Instructors.
What you should bring: the diving equipment you have
Mandatory: You must fill out the Medical Form and / or bring your medical certificate of aptitude for diving
