Description
A) Practice: 2 pool or confined water dives + 6 open water dives
5 of them will be in the Costa del Montgrí area and one of them will be in the Medes Islands Marine Reserve.
With this combined Pack of specialty courses you will be able to
1) Learn how to dive without fear of no-decompression limits. You will learn to plan and conduct dives up to 40 with limited decompression using your own scuba equipment and a small decompression bottle. You will practice how to effectively use your dive computer, including gas switching, gas integration, “time to reserve” and “time to surface”.
2) In addition to learning the many benefits of diving with a sidemount configuration, you will learn how to properly assemble and configure sidemount scuba equipment and manage gas by changing second stages as planned if carrying two cylinders.
B) Theory
You must read the topics related to the two courses that you are going to do, and complete the evaluations and final exams of the courses.
The system used is online, that is to say the digital system of SSI – to start immediately. Each person studies at their own pace, through an interactive and easy-to-use program. You have access to the online version of the manual and you can complete the theoretical part of the courses in this way.
The price: is per person
Method of payment: a deposit of € 100 must be made by transfer or credit card and the rest will be paid in cash at our Diving Center
Participants: minimum 1 person
Available days: every day of the week
Duration: minimum 2 days but it is personalized depending on the availability of the diver.
What should you bring?: omplete diving equipment (except cylinders and weights)
Rental diving equipment: complete diving equipment’s rental is not included in the price. Should you need to rent it, the total price is 20 €
Where will the course dives take place?: Inside the Illes Medes and Montgrí Natural Park. Specifically, two of them in areas of the Costa del Montgrí and the other in areas of the Medas Islands
Who will train you?: All Xaloc instructors are recreational diving professionals and have extensive pedagogical experience. And some of us are even Trainers, that is, we train Dive Instructors.
Mandatory: You must fill out the Medical Form and / or bring your medical certificate of aptitude for diving + you must have your own diving insurance (if you do not have one, you can contract one with us, € 6 / day)
